About Page

Hi, I am Maxwell Azumah, the writer behind The Alpha Health Insights.

My background is in health administration and education. I work in senior public health administration in Ghana, where I see firsthand the health challenges facing everyday people  from preventable diseases to the mental health struggles many suffer through in silence.

I started this blog to bridge the gap between complex medical information and the practical, everyday advice people actually need. Every article here is researched using trusted sources like the WHO, CDC, and peer-reviewed journals, and written in plain language so you can actually use it.

This blog is for educational purposes and does not replace professional medical advice, always consult a qualified healthcare provider for your specific health concerns.

This is not just a blog. It is a health conversation that the world needs.

Welcome to The Alpha Health Insight.

Your health. Your knowledge. Your power.

Unfortunately, most people do not take breaks or move enough during the day. The result is stiffness, fatigue, and long-term health risks that often go unnoticed until th...
